Clearance for non-scheduled flights

As per notification got on 17/02/2022 from the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine, now to get landing clearance could take up to 7 days.

How to get landing permit of Ukraine in February 2022?

To apply for landing permit we shall provide the following details:

• NEW* Aircraft Serial number

• NEW* Pax details: full name, sex, nationality, date of birth, passport details

• Aircraft Operator

• Operator address

• Aircraft owner

• Owner address

• Aircraft Registration Number

• Aircraft type

• MTOW

• Flight number

• Flight purpose

• Schedule in/out of Ukraine

• Route with entry/exit points

• Valid 3rd-party Liability Insurance Certificate
